These five questions come from the Operating Mechanism Review intake. Use them to decide whether a conversation is useful. Personal answers stay with you and, if you continue, with the scheduling system.
Lock does not create a prospect database from this page. There is no form submission and no saved draft. After scheduling opens, the only Lock record is a content-free receipt at /qualify/receipt.

Q-05 · 05 of 05
Define the review's useful stopping point.
A conversation is useful when
— One consequential passage can be named and bounded.
— An accountable sponsor can confirm the case and receive the readout.
— Representative participants and proportionate operating evidence can be accessed.
— The requested work fits a diagnosis and priority decision rather than disguised implementation or outsourced operation.
— Material specialist boundaries can be identified and kept with qualified client or partner owners.
Lock is the wrong next step when
— The request is primarily individual employee relations, investigation, legal advice, recruiting delivery, payroll, brokerage, EHS operation, or another excluded service.
— The buyer requires a predetermined conclusion or unsupported performance claim.
— The proposed scope cannot be examined without unnecessary employee-level or specially protected data.
— No accountable sponsor can authorize access, confirm context, or act on the readout.
— The scope contains multiple independent passages that cannot be reviewed credibly within the fixed-fee frame.
These notes do not become a Lock record.
Lock does not collect, store, or analyze the answers on this page. Closing the tab discards them. If you continue, you will speak with a person in the scheduling system. That system—not this site—is the record of the conversation.
